Why Comfort Colors® 1717

Dyed after it's sewn
Most tees are cut from fabric that was already colored. This one gets stitched first and dyed as a finished garment — which is why the color has depth instead of flatness, and why it feels worn-in before you've worn it.

Six ounces, not four
Plenty of tees cut weight to cut cost. This is 6.1 oz of ring-spun cotton — enough body to hang properly, not so much that you'll regret it in July.

Cut to sit loose
A relaxed unisex shape that runs true to size. It skims instead of clinging, and it works across a lot of different builds.

How It Holds Up

Stitched twice where it matters
Shoulders, sleeves and hem each get a second row of needlework. Those are the three places a cheap tee gives out first.

The collar stays a collar
Ribbed and reinforced, so the neckline still looks like a neckline after a winter of being pulled on and off.

Nothing to scratch at
The label tears away clean in one pull. After that there's nothing between the cotton and your neck.

If Something's Off

Our mistake, our cost
Damaged in transit, misprinted, or simply not what you ordered — we replace it free or refund you in full. No debate.

Wrong size is fixable too
Everything is printed to order in the USA, so a returned tee can't go back on a shelf. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at a reduced price.

Foragers Favorites

Made for the long way back.

Garment-dyed cotton that handles rain, mud and the detour you didn't plan on — then stays on for the rest of the evening.

berry

Art that survives the wash.

Every design is printed to order in crisp detail, on cotton that softens with each cycle instead of cracking.

Why We Don't Print on Cheap Blanks

We print on Comfort Colors® 1717 — a heavyweight tee that's dyed after it's sewn, which is why it feels broken-in on day one and better after a year. It costs us more. That's the point.

FAQ's

Where are you located?

We're a small operation, not a warehouse full of strangers. Design happens wherever the forest signal is best. Printing and shipping happen right here in the USA. Because where your mushrooms come from matters, and so does where your shirt comes from.

What size should I order?

Our tees run true to size with a relaxed unisex fit — roomy enough to bend over and dig through leaf litter without splitting a seam. Check the size chart on each product page. Still unsure? Email us at support@boletees.com. We're actual foragers who respond, not a bot that "logs a ticket."

Will I get a tracking number for my order?

Yep. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email so you can follow its journey. Refresh it every hour like you're checking soil temperature in morel season, or forget about it completely until it shows up. We support both approaches.

What materials are your products made of?

Our tees are printed on Comfort Colors 1717— 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed for that broken-in, already-your-favorite feel straight out of the bag. Soft enough for the farmers market, tough enough for a three-hour bushwhack through blackberry brambles. Exact materials vary by style — you'll find the details on each product page.
